Jana is the person that answers the phone. I have been a customer for approximately 14 years. She has the sweetest voice and is such a perfect person to talk to when you want to tell your tech something important. Also I want the supervisor of my tech Adam to know how accommodating he is. I have a German Shephard that loves to be in the back yard. I have a locked gate that keeps her in the back. Adam bends backward to text me what time to let her in the house and open the gate. He also explains to me what needs to be done to my grass and what he just did to make it better. I tried other spray companies be fore I used Pierce/Turf Masters and none of the others even come close to them.
